myBITZER now even better

The BITZER customer portal has featured an optimised user interface and enhanced features since February

Besides quality, customer loyalty is one of the main hallmarks of BITZER. These close relations are reflected in the myBITZER portal that can be accessed through the BITZER website. Customers and partners of BITZER can find extensive information on products and services in the portal. myBITZER will be tailored to the specific requirements of customers in future relaunch stages.

myBITZER has been improved even further in the update and is now even more user-friendly. With its optimised user interface, customisable section and enhanced features, registered users can access more detailed information such as product documentation and spare parts information even more easily and find answers to warranty-related questions online. myBITZER also contains news and event information.

For technical reasons, registered users must register again using their business e-mail address and create a new password. Filling in all of your details enables BITZER to provide you with even better services.
